Each year, the Province dedicates 152 masses to pray for all living or deceased members: 24 masses celebrated every first Friday and Saturday of the month by the Provincial Father; 48 masses celebrated every first Friday of the month by the 4 Vocation Directors of 4 houses of formation: Post-Novitiate, Novitiate, Postulancy and Pastoral Vocation; 80 masses celebrated by the 20 fraternities every 3 months. When a member is sick, involves in accidents, or unfortunate events, the local Group Leader informs the Spiritual Father or any member of the Management Team, who in turn communicates to other members for prayer. When a member dies, the Province celebrates a memorial mass. Wherever possible, the Spiritual Father or a representative comes and expresses condolences. When informed, each member recites one “Our Father”, three “Hail Mary”, and one “Glory Be” to pray for the deceased member.
The Management Team sends to all members the VFVM’s financial report as related to the Province’s Formation budget, training activities in the Province as well as annual projects on missionary, charity and education through the annual Newsletter.
